Directions:
Using 1/3 lb ground round per person form each 1/3 lb into a loosely compacted ball so the meat just barely holds together. Place on large plate or cookie sheet lined with wax paper. One at a time cover ground round balls with a 6 " square of wax paper and flatten into a pattie. Place patties in hot fry pan and cook till done turning once. Serve on lettuce and top with onion rings and tomato. Serve with McCully's Blue Cheese and Al's Taco Salad dressings found in my Salad Dressings recipes.
