10 cups grated zucchini squash
4 cups grated onions
add 5 tbsp. salt let stand 1 hour or more
Drain and rinse in cold water
cook together with 2 1/4 cups white vinegar
4 cups Sugar
1 tbls. nutmeg
1tbls dry mustard
1tsp. tumeric
1tsp corn starch
1tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 red and 1 green bell pepper
Pul all through a meat grinder or oruisenart.
Cook 30 minutes and seal in jars.
