4 Chicken Breasts
3 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 bag 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
2 or 3 stalks celery - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in lightly salted water w/cut up celery stalks (for added flavor) until done - about 40 minutes. Cool and debone. Break up chicken into bite size pieces. In a separate bowl, mix 3 cans soup with 3 cans of the chicken broth.
In another bowl, mix bag of stuffing and belted butter.
Using 3 or 4 qt. casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the stuffing mix, 1/2 of the chicken, and 1/2 of the soup mixture. Repeat layers (saving several spoonfuls of stuffing mixture for topping).
Bake at 350 º for 30 to 40 minutes.
