1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can evaporated milk
tortillas
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large pan. Pour off fat. Add onions and seasonings. In separate bowl mix sour cream, soup, evaporated milk. In casserole dish layer tortillas, meat and cream mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 350º for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
