2-3 lbs beef stew meat (small chunks)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sliced mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
1 16 oz sour cream
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1 onion (chopped)
salt and pepper
1 lrg package wide egg noodles cooked

Directions:

In a large skillet, sautee garlic and mushrooms and onion in olive oil.

Remove from skillet

Flour and season the meat and brown on all sides in same pan.

Place meat, wine, mushrooms, onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic and mushroom soup into crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.

Cook noodles and drain 10-15 minutes before crockpot mixture is ready.

Add sour cream just before serving and season to taste.

Can substitute fat free soup and fat free sour cream to save calories as well as substituting wheat noodles for a healthier meal.
