Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Cook 1 chicken and bone.
1 c dried white beans (soaked overnight)
2 c chicken broth or water for 3 quarts
2 tsp salt
Combine above ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
1 small head cabbage, cut thin
4 carrots cut diagonally
2 med potatoes
1 can (1 lb) Italian tomatoes
Add to soup, cook 1/2 hr.
Then Combine the following in separate skillet:
2 med onions, chopped
1/4 c oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 zucchini, cut
1 large fresh tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c parsley
Cook the above in skillet.
Add mixture to soup.
Add 1 c broken up thin spaghetti.
Cook 1/2 hr longer.

Pesto Sauce:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp marjoram leaves
1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil (may use salad oil)
1/4 c chopped pine nuts or walnuts

Simmer above, stir into soup.
