1 1/4 c. long grain rice
1 can water chestnuts cut up if desired
1 package of Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water or milk
1 package chicken thighs and 1 package breasts cut in half.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Place the rice on the bottom of the dish followed by the water chestnuts. Sprinkle half of the packet of onion soup mix over the rice and water chestnuts. Place the chicken over the rice. Heat the mushroom soup with the water or milk and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix over the top. Bake uncovered at 425º for 1 hour.
