Personal Notes:
I never have Danish Dessert on hand and always use the following glaze instead:
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
6 tsp. cornstarch
3 oz. jello (strawberry or raspberry)
Mix together sugar and cornstarch and then add the water. Bring to a boil in a saucepan over med-high heat. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Cool to room temperature and then add berries. Pour over cream cheese layer on cake and return cake to refrigerator for 30 min. or until set.
