1-1/2 cups raisins
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup raisin water
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Cover the raisins with boiling water; simmer for 20 minutes. Cream sugar, butter, and egg; add water. Sift dry ingredients toghether; dredge drained raisins in the flour mixture. Add to creamed mixture. Bake at 350ºF for about 25-30 minutes in 10- inch square pan.
