2 1/2 c. raisins
3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Place raisins, sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice in a medium size pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick (above 5 minutes). Cool. For crumb mixture, combine butter, brown sugar, flour, salt, soda and then add rolled oats. Put 1/2 mixture into 9x13 pan that has been sprayed. Press and flatten with hands. Spread cooled mixture on top. Cover with the rest of the crumbs. Pat down lightly. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown. Cut while warm.
