1/2 lb sausage
4 c frozen hashbrowns
1 large onion, chopped
2 c either water or chicken broth (or mix both to total 2 c)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c milk
Shredded Cheddar cheese, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage over medium heat, stir until it crumbles. Add potatoes and next 2 ingredients to sausage. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk, cook until blended stirring often. Top with cheese.
