1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix first six ingredients until well blended.
2. Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
3. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until center does not jiggle. Cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
