"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded colby & monterey jack cheese blend
1 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced garlic (from the jar)
sourdough bread loaf, unsliced, hollowed out into a bowl

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients together and place in bread bowl. (If mounded just above top of bread, it's okay.)
2. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Using spreader knife, serve warm with crackers and leftover sourdough bread pieces. (Crackers break off if 'scooped' because it's thick and heavy.)
