2 pkgs. chicken wingettes (16-18)
(or 1 pkg. frozen chicken drummies)
1 jar Louisiana Hot Sauce
garlic powder
chili powder
sea salt
fresh lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Liberally grease jelly roll pan (a cookie sheet with a 1/2" lip around the sides). Lay chicken wingettes, skin side up, side by side on pan.
2. Season chicken with a little garlic, chili powder and sea salt (season to your taste). Roast in oven 20 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and turn chicken over. Return to oven for another 20 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and turn chicken pieces over one last time. Sprinkle with hot sauce. Squeeze a little lemon over chicken pieces. Return to oven and roast another 5-7 minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
