"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I am sure you have heard of many kinds of cakes. But this one is special. It is called sour cream cake. It is special to my family because when I go on a car ride to Disney we eat it. And most of all my cousins like it and my family. So if you try it I'm sure you will like it too.
If you eat this you will end up wanting to eat a thousand!
