Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 - 10 potatoes
4 - 6 hard boiled eggs
1 can olives
3 green onions
4 celery stalks
dill pickles
1/2 - 2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 - 2 T. mustard
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. salt
pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes about 40-45 minutes or until a fork goes in easily. Drain and cool them in the fridge. Finely chop the celery and green onion. Dice the potatoes and all but one of the eggs and put all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure you don't get the potatoes cut up too small. Slice the olives and add to the bowl. Finely chop the pickles and add. Stir in the celery seed and the salt and pepper. Mix the Mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and stir into the salad. Smooth the top and slice the last egg and arrange it on the top. Sprinkle the entire top with paprika.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I'm sorry I don't know how many pickles. I would guess about 3 or 4 regular size pickles. I also don't know why I have it written down to add the pickles last, but there might be a good reason. Anyway, this salad is always a huge favorite.
