4-5 lb Round Steak, cut into strips
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans Mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
16 oz container sour cream, divided
16 oz pkg Wide Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT sour cream and Egg Noodles. Cook all day on low or 5 hours on high. Combine 8 oz sour cream in medium bowl with some of the hot liquid from crock pot to temper the sour cream. Add tempered sour cream mixture back into crock pot and stir until combined. Cook noodles according to package direction. Serve Stroganoff over noodles with a dollop of sour cream if desired. Makes 15-18 1/2 cup servings.
