1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
3-1/4 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, egg, vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Mix well. Add flour, soda, salt. Chill dough at least one hour.

Roll out dough 1/4" thick. Cut into cookie shapes.
Bake 350º for 8-10 minutes.
