10 medium potatoes
1/3 lb. bacon, cut into small bits
3 green onions (white + 2" of greens)
1 cube butter
16 oz sour cream
cheddar cheese, shredded (lots!)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done.

While potatoes are baking...
Fry bacon bits and green onion.

Cut butter into chunks; place in large bowl.
Cut potatoes in half; scoop out innerds and add to the butter. Add cooked bacon and onion (I put the grease in, too!), sour cream, and lots of cheddar cheese.

Mix well; Place hefty dollop of potato mixture into potato skin halves. Place skins on cookie sheet and return to 350º oven - @ 30 minutes or until heated through.
