CRUST:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans

FIRST LAYER
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

SECOND LAYER
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups Sprite
1/2 cup water
1 (3 oz.) package wild strawberry Jell-O
1 quart or more sliced fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
Jumbo strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients. Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350º. Cool.
Mix and spread ingredients for the first layer on chilled crust. Chill again.
Combine in saucepan the sugar, cornstarch, salt, sprite and water. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Cool. Then add strawberries. Put over first layer. Refrigerate. Cut in squares and top each square with a dollop of whipped cream and a jumbo strawberry.
