2 lg pot roasts
2 tbl flour
1-2 c water
Lipton's onion soup
lg bag potatoes- peeled and quartered
lg bag carrots- peeled and halved

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge pot roasts in flour and brown both sided in a little oil in large roasting pan. then place dry Lipton's onion soup on top and add about an inch of water around the bottom of roasts.
Bake at 325º about 2 1/2 hours. then remove and add carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper. Bake in oven for additional 45 minutes.

Serve with sour cream for potatoes. This makes good vegetable soup with the leftovers!
