1 lb. hamburger
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. water
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown: hamburger, onion, and uncooked rice until done. Drain excess grease. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place into a casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender. Remove from oven and top with 1 cup grated cheese. Then heat until cheese is melted.
