1 lb. ground beef, in skillet
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. rice
4 c. cabbage
1 can tomato sauce, 15 oz
1 can tomato paste, 6 oz
2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in skillet and drain off excess grease. Combine: ground beef, onion, green pepper, rice, and cabbage. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato past, water, salt, and bay leaf into meat mixture. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Place in a casserole dish and serve.
