1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
12 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 c whipping cream
1/8 tsp. red pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
4 eggs
1 store bought pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Prepare pie shell. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in shell. Slightly beat eggs. Beat in remaining ingredients then cream mixture into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425º then turn oven down to 300º and finish cooking until knife inserted 1" from edges comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Make the filling using a variety of cheese and vegetable for different tastes. Mushroom and sausage or all vegetables are good.
