1 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 c margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar added to milk makes it sour)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Mix bananas, margarine, eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 in greased loaf pan for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
