3 lb round roast
1 onion, quartered
1 jar mild pepperocinis, remove stems but keep juice
1 can beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from round roast. Cut into 2-3 inch cubes and add to crock pot. Add onion, pepperocinis, broth and garlic. Set crock pot on high for 1 hour and then low for another 7 hours (it actually doesn't matter how long you let it cook - the longer the better!). When you like how tender the meat is...dinner is ready!

Easy! Often times we start this one the night before and you are free for the next whole day. Just let it sit there on low from the start! Serve Italian beef on sub rolls (or rolls of your choice) with horseradish and Provolone cheese....a guaranteed hit with most adults (a little spicy for kids)!
