*Filling
1 c. cut up orange slice candy
1 1/2 c sugar
3 c chopped rhubarb
3 Tbsp corn starch
1/4 c cold water
1 tsp vanilla

*Crust
1 c quick cooking oatmeal
2 c flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 c brown sugar
1 c margarine
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the cornstarch into the 1/4 c water. Cook all filling ingredients except vanilla over low heat until thick. When cool add vanilla.

Cut all crust ingredients together like for a pie crust until crumbly. Pat 3/4 of crust mix into a 9X13 pan. Put cooled filling on top and sprinkle with remaining crust. Bake for 30 mins in a 350º oven.
