4 MATZOS CRUMBLED
2 EGGS BEATEN
1/4 CUP WATER
1/4 CUP MILK
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
BUTTER/MARGARINE FOR FRYING

In a large bowl, mix the matzos, eggs, water, milk and salt.

Heat butter in pan and fry to desired crispiness.

Many people prefer to soak the matzo in cold water prior to cooking. Make sure the matzo is drained thoroughly.

Papa Marvin used to make a matzo brei pancake which was a big hit. He would heat all ingredients in a skillet while pressing them down to create a pancake. He would flip it over using a dish. Then slice it and serve with sour cream and strawberries.
