2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 tsp Dijon mustard
˝ oz diced anchovies
2 tsp lemon juice
˝ oz parmesan cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
3 cups canola oil
Pinch of black ppper
1 tsp salt
˝ oz minced garlic

Directions:
For dressing: In a blender container add: dijon mustard, achovies, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, Tabasco sauce, oil, and garlic. Whirl until well blended. Makes approximately one quart of dressing. For salad: Tear the lettuce into a large bowl. Add enough dressing to coat the salad to your liking. Add some extra parmesan, croutons and toss the salad well.
