2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts




FROSTING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. softened butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 325º for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool. FROSTING: Blend cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla and slowly add powdered sugar while mixing. Spread on cooled bars.

Another family favorite! So moist and no oil! I double this recipe and freeze them. Linda always has them during open houses at her quilt shop, Folktales. Stop on by!
