6 potatoes cut in 1/4" slices
2 onions, chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. grated cheddar
1 c. grated mozzarella
1 c. crumbled bacon or bacon bits
1/4 c. butter
2 T. chives or green onions, chopped
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients, except butter, in large mixing bowl. Stir with hands to mix everything together. Take 2 to 3 large sheets of heavy duty foil and spray with cooking spray. Divide potato mixture evenly onto foil. Dot with butter. Fold into packets and grill on medium for 35 to 40 minutes. Can also be cooked in the oven.
