2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together Crisco and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Add 1/2 to 2/3 bag of chocolate chips to batter. Drop on cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not bake longer than 9 minutes even if they look gooey.
