15 eggs beaten in blender
1 quart sour cream (if using milk add 1 1/2 tsp soda)
1 1/2 quarts of potato water
6 Tbsp yeast dissolve in 2 c warm water
1/4 c sugar
yellow food coloring
anise extract
vanilla
1 c rum
2 c raisins
ground anise OR saffron soaked
12 c flour
1 scant c of salt
1 1/2 c butter or butter crisco( melted)

LET RISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES.
MAKES ABOUT 10 LOAVES. USE 1 OR 2 LBS COFFE CANS
