2 c chopped zuchinni
1 med onion
1/2 lb hamburger( Optional)
1 c grated carrot
1 c sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
12 oz pkg of stove top stuffing
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Brown season with salt pepper. Saute onion and zucchini together , prepare stuffing according to pkg, spread half on bottom of casserole dish. mix rest of zucchini, onion, carrot, cream , and soup. Spread in layers hamburger, then stuffing then zucchini mix top with remqining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 50 minutes,
