3 egg yolks
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 stick butter-heat to bubbly
2 drops hot red pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg yolks, lemon, salt in blender -blend on high 30 seconds. While blender is on- pour hot, bubbly butter through lid opening-in a small steady stream. blend until thick. Serve immediately. Does not reheat well, but is good cold.
