1-lb Linguini
2-bunches of Broccoli Rabe
3/4 lb large shrimp, peeled de-veined and diced
1-16oz can Italian Plum tomatoes (smash with fork in bowl)
2-cups white wine (dry)
2-cups clam juice or Chicken stock
4-cloves of garlic slivered
1/2 lb. butter
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook broccoli rabe, not all the way through, 3/4 of the way, let cool. When cool cut in 1-inch pieces.

In a large pot add 5 qts water with some salt and bring to a boil. Cook linguini al dente then drain water.

In a saute pan, saute garlic with olive oil, until golden brown. Add shrimp and saute for about 2 mins then add plum tomatoes. Then add Broccoli rabe, linguini and the Clam juice or stock, salt pepper to taste. Simmer for about 3 more mins. and serve.
