Ingredients:
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
2 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
5-6 c. flour
1 package Lil' Smokies
Cheese cut in small cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add butter until melted and milk is partly cooled. Dissolve yeast in water with 1 T. sugar. Add milk mixture, butter, and eggs to yeast. Work in flour until dough is slightly sticky (just like any other bread dough). Let rise 1 hour. Punch dough down and pinch off dough to form roll, place 2 lil' smokies and cheese in middle of dough. Seal dough completely around the cheese and sausage or the cheese will leak out. Bake on cookie sheet (do not allow them to touch) @ 350º for 15min or until lightly browned.

Personal Notes:
My family prefers these without the cheese and just the little smokies. Also, make sure not to over bake them, they don't taste nearly as good.
