CRUST:

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, plus 1 yolk
1 c. flour



TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. almond paste

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Cream oleo, sugar and salt, add egg and beat well. Stir in flour and spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 10 min. at 375º. TOPPING: Blend all ingredients and spread over crust. Bake for 30 min. at 325.º
