fresh kale finely diced
potatoes peeled and cut
Dutch rookworst or smoked sausage
salt
pepper
bacon (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut potatoes in pan with a little water. Add kale and sausage on top. Cook until done, monitoring moisture. Option: mash kale and potatoes with some milk and butter.
