1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 sm. jalapeno, diced
1 T. olive oil
2 c. water
1 T. beef seasoning
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh diced cilantro
1 can (28 oz.) diced plum tomatoes
2 cans (10 oz.) black beans
1/2 c. cashews
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic and jalapeno in olive oil in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, except black beans, cashews and 1/2 c. water. Bring to boil and then turn to simmer. Mash black beans with a potato masher or food processor until they are a paste with a few broken beans left. Add to broth. Blend cashews and 1/2 c. water until creamy, add to soup. Simmer for another 1/2 hour and serve with pan bread or corn chips
