5 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
2 TEASPOONS SALT
3 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
15 OUNCE BOX RAISIN BRAN
4 EGGS BEATEN
1 QUART BUTTERMILK
1 CUP SALAD OIL
1 CUP CRUSHED WALNUTS- OPTIONAL
1 CUP CRANRAISINS- OPTIONAL

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, walnuts and cranraisins. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. Fill muffin top tins and bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
