5 medium bananas
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2/3 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bananas lengthwise into halves. Arrange in greased 9-inch pie plate. Dot with margarine; drizzle with orange and lemon juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut. Bake in 375 degree oven until coconut is golden, 8-10 minutes.
