White Bread with Crust Removed
American Cheese Slices
Diced Ham
Diced Green Peppers
Diced Onion
1 dz. Eggs
1 c. Milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Line pan with white bread. Top bread with American Cheese slices. Cover with ham, green pepper and onion. Whip eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over above ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 250º for 1 hour. Turn temperature up to 350º for last 15 minutes to brown.
