1 onion
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
flour
paprika
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 Pyrex dish.

Peel and slice the potatoes and the onion. Spread some of the sliced onion on the bottom of the dish. Put a layer of potatoes over the onion. Salt and pepper the layer and sprinkle a small amount of flour over the layer. Continue layering the onion and then potatoes with the salt and peper and flour for several layers. pour the soup evenly over the top and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Sorry I don't know how many potatoes you need. I am guessing about 8 good sized ones. I also remember that mom would slice up spam and put a layer of spam in the middle of the casserole.
