4 oz, thinly sliced mushrooms
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 C. shredded skinned rotisserie chicken
4 oz. baby spinach
1 garlic clove
2 T. each chopped parsley, chives, and tarragon
2 tsp. capers
1 T. white wine vinegar
1/2 C. each mayonnaise and sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
4 whole wheat burrito-size tortillas
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
4 thin slices muenster cheese, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing: finely chop garlic, add lemon juice, herbs, capers, vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt until well blended.
Make wraps: In bowl, toss chicken with 3/4 C. dressing until evenly coated. Lay tortillas flat on a work surface. Arrange equal portions of chicken down the center of each. Evenly top chicken with bell pepper, mushroom, cheese, spinach and then drizzle 1 T. more dressing over each wrap's filling. Fold tortillas over short sides of filling, then roll up, starting from long side of filling.
