1 c. half and half
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
3 (4oz.) cans whole green chiles
1/2 lb. Monterey jack cheese grated
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Split open the chiles, rinse out the seeds and dry on a paper towel. Beat the half and half, eggs and flour until smooth in a small bowl. Mix the two cheeses together, and set aside 1/2 c for the top. Lightly grease a deep 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Make alternating layers of cheese, chiles and the egg mixture, starting with the cheese. Pour the can of tomato sauce over the top layer and then sprinkle the 1/2 c. of cheese on the top.

Bake @ 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
