1 rotisserie chicken
8 cups chicken broth
1 cup onion, diced
1 can Rotel tomatoes (cilantro-lime style)
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips

Pull chicken off the bone and shred. In a large pot, add in all ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour. Serve in bowls and top with cheese, a few crushed tortilla chips and a few whole tortilla chips.
