Mix 1 package ( Kaukauna Klub - Crock refill sharp cheddar cold pack cheese food)
with 3 oz cream cheese and 3 oz package of blue cheese - mix well with your hands - add 1/2 tblesoon dry wine - place in refrig. until cold - roll in a ball or log and in nuts or parsley.
