4 butterfly pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, sliced
1/2 soup can of milk
1/3 soup can of water
flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Salt and pepper the pork chops and coat with flour.
2. Brown pork chops in skillet with oil.
3. Place pork chops in casserole dish with some of the grease from browning. Add soup, onions, milk and water.
4. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes a delicious gravy for mashed potatoes.
Pairs well with sauerkraut.
