1 pack udon noodles (per person)
4 jumbo shrimps
5 clams
some white fish
some fish cakes
some calamari
red onion
chinese cabbage
shitaki mushrooms
chopped fresh garlic (1 oz)
snow peas
soy sauce (2 oz)
sesame oil (0.5 oz)
cooking sake (1 oz)
black pepper (little)
oyster sauce (0.5 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
1) First step, cook all seafood in boiling water about 2 mins. and then drain the water .
2) Heat another pan until it's hot and then put fresh garlic in the vegetable oil (1.5 oz) until light brown. Put all vegetables in at the same time and stir fry about 2 mins.
3) Add the seafood and the udon noodles. Stir again about two more mins. and last add all the sauces. Stir again for one more minute and it's ready to serve.
